Errors currently occurring

1. 4 ports like AR-DevPack-EVM do not appear.

2. SPI connection is not established.

Equipment used - 2423DCA1000EVM, IWR1843BOOST, Power Supply (5V, 3A), micro5-pin cable

What I tried

Tried swapping ports as the additional 4 ports did not appear, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, swapped SW2 switch on DCA1000EVM as shown in images 1 and 2, tried Baud Rate 921600 and 115200

I tried switching SW2 on the DCA1000EVM to 1 and 2, it is covered by the evaluation board but the capture board SV_LED is illuminated

Hello,

If you disconnect the mmWave sensor and have only the DCA1000, then plug in the 5V 3A power source and flip the switch to the position that lights up the LEDs, do you see the four DevPack ports then?

No, I don't see the port in the first place when only the DCA1000 is connected.

Thank you. It looks like the DCA1000EVM was defective, and the new one I ordered is plugged in right away.

How do I resolve an error like the one below after pressing 6 and 8 in this image?
[16:53:30] [RadarAPI]: No of files Captured: 0, Total no of frames for each device : 8
[16:53:30] Error : The number of files captured is zero!

Hello,

This may be due to the combination of chirp settings set being invalid which causes the sensor to be unable to start up. Are you changing any settings prior? Are you ensuring the settings are for 1843/ 77GHz
