Which ADS symbol can be used for LDC1314 IBIS model.

Please take a look at the Keysight document here.
The document is dated 2011, but hopefully contains the information you need.

This IBIS model is just to check characteristic of Logic Pins(INTB, ADDR, SDA SCL) ?

Not analog pins such as IN0A ?

Tadamasa,

IBIS models are used for signal integrity simulations of digital and/or buffered input/output pins.

They do not support analog pin characteristics, such as for the IN0A pin.
