It seems we are dealing with an intermittent bug that happens very often with the customer, but happened only occasionally with me.
GUI is up and running collecting data. The rotate and push works well. When changing screens to the plots, the "auto read" option switches to off and the device stops collecting data. As I said, it happens very occasionally for me, but it is very consistent with the customer, to the extent it cannot be tested at all. The customer has always used a separate magnet instead of the knob for testing. I could only make the problem occur when using a separate magnet as well, not the knob. I wonder if magnetic field strength is related to the issue.
Has anyone seen this before? Is there any workaround?
