    326 LSB/mT can be inverted to determine the individual LSB size. (3.067 uT / LSB).  This is calculated by taking the full scale output range and dividing by the number of bits.

    However, when taking these measurements it is important to understand that the single conversion from the ADC will be 12-bit, but that with oversampling the result is extended to a 16-bit code.  The oversampling will increase the SNR of your result, but even at the maximum averaging of 32x, the achievable ENOB (effective number of bits) is 14.5.  

    This is seen in the input referred noise specification:

    You will want to be sure that your input signal can be measured over the input referred noise for your averaging setting.
