TMP117: Effect of gamma sterilization on TMP117 sensor

Tool/software:

The TMP117MAIDRVR sensor will be placed on a PCB that later on needs to be sterilized. 

For this sterilization process, gamma radiation would be a preferred option.

Question: Would gamma radiation, potentially damage the sensors or influence their performance?
