IWR6243: Trigger Selection in Cascaded Device Mode

Hi Team,

i am currently working on Porting mmWave Link to a MCU for a Cascaded System of 2 IWR6243. I already successfully ported the mmWave Link for a Non-Cascaded System for the same MCU. Our System requires that both master and slave get hardware triggered. In the mmWave Radar Interface Control Document, under 6.2 Casded device mode, it states the following for "Applicaiton Care Abouts in cascaded mode":

Is this obligatory, or is it possible to set both master and slave to trigger_select = 2 (hardware trigger)
