TMP007: any other solution to sense the IGBT case temperature?

Tool/software:

Customer was looking for a contactless solution to sense the case temperature of IGBT in the traction inverter. 

It seems TMP007 is not longer suggested. Could you please help check any other solution for them? The possible case temperature range is from -40C to 250C.

    There isn't a temperature sensor in our portfolio that supports 250C. Even if TMP007 were still available, it's field of view would require it to be mounted near the 250C object while ensuring that the TMP007 itself never exceeds 125C absolute max. It's not feasible. Another transducer technology (not IC) is required for anything over 150C.
