I am currently working on a custom board for the awr1843aop. Is there a document that contains a step-by-step process of flashing and programming a new chip, as well as the order of operation for a new chip? Thank you for your help.

Hello Cesar,

The end application will be a commercial biomedical sensing application using a custom-designed board based on the EVM board.

The information we have available is included in the mmwave sdk user guide.

For board design, one should follow the schematics provided for the AWR1843AOP EVM.

Flashing is performed using the UNIFLASH utility.

Hi,

Booting from external flash is the recommended boot method.

The device can also boot from UART. Booting from UART mode is configured using the SOP switch on the EVM. This mode is used with the UNIFLASH utility.
