Tool/software:

WIll it sustain for 1000A for 50uS surge current between IN+ to IN- terminal.

    Hello Dattaram,

    This device has only been tested at the current levels and pulse durations specified in the data sheet and that is all we can guarantee. However, the trend is that as the pulse duration gets shorter the device can handle more current.
