there has been a PCN(20240508001.1) issued for TMP112 that stats it will add to Cu wire. i have a customer that uses this for gas meter and they would like to know the durability of the wire against gas.
1. is there any test results that show it has limited effect on the device in long term ?
2. is the Q1 grade still Au Wire?
3. do we have any plans to full convert to Cu wire in the future?
