My requirement is for safety, I want to detect vehicles moment and pedestrian moment inside 100 meter range, which mmwave radar chip is the right choice.

also can you please help me to suggest the dev kit for that.

it will be mounted on a pole to dtect object coming towards it.

Is there a frequency limitation? Usually industrial application mmWave radar are 60GHz. TI offers a solution that work from 56-64GHz.

As per industry regulations, the BAC/ADAS Radars are 80GHz and TI offers solutions that work from 76-81GHz.
