I have confirmed the following passage in the data sheet, but I would like to ask for a recommendation on the value of the decoupling capacitor to be added to the input terminal of the GPADC.

modeled with 5pF of sampling capacitance and 12pF parasitic capacitance (GPADC channel 6, the internal buffer is not available).
