Part Number: LDC1612
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LDC1614,

Tool/software:

Hi ti team,

During the testing of LDC1614 sensor, the following problems were found. Please help analyze them.

When the channel 0 conversion data was collected without any metal object nearby, it deviated from the common test data curve in the datasheet. What caused this deviation?

Here are the test data for TC:

read data coindata = 160469747
read data coindata = 160476307
read data coindata = 160473811
read data coindata = 160473811
read data coindata = 160477859
read data coindata = 160465699
read data coindata = 160477859
read data coindata = 160473811
read data coindata = 160481923

The register configuration is as follows:

reg:0x08  val: 0x04D6
