Dear TI team,

I am using AWR1243 boost radar board Along with DCA1000. As per manual I am able to setup communication between boards and Host PC via mmWave studio software. I am able to capture Raw data but when i click on PostProcs at the output file it gives me error. 

In my previous post (e2e.ti.com/.../awr1243boost-awr1243boost) I have raise same concern but unfortunately no body respond 

The error i am getting is "MWMCR::EvaluateFunction error". I have attached the screenshot for the same

Could you tell me why I am getting this error and how to resolve it ?

    Hi Harshit,

    Are you using the same parameters as mentioned in the user guide or making any modifications during the configuration?

    Hi Shruti,

    Yes, I am following same steps to as mentioned in user guide to capture data.

    In mmWave studio user guide chapter 9 (Sensor Config Tab operation) > Fig 9.3 (Sensor Config tab).  There is Capture and Post Processing section in that when i click on 'PostProc' as mention step no. 8 in Fig 9.3. I will be getting MWMCR::EvaluateFunction error. 

    According to doc after this step i should get ‘radar post processing' tool where i get graph, which is not happening due to error.

    kindly explain me what is the error and how to resolve it

    Hi Harshit,

    Are you using any Lua script or configuring the sensor from studio itself? Can you list down sequence in which you are performing the operation?

    Hi Shruti,

    Yes i am using Lua script. I am able to get adc_data.bin but still getting same error. 

    I went through manual what i understood after clicking on 'Post Proc', mmWave studio will run MATLAB Run time and I am getting for MathWorks( screeshots is there in threads).

    Kindly guide me how should i validate .bin file and how to resolve existing error.
