Hi Experts,

I am trying to make the KTO demo work, and I am working on the TI board that I got. I have configured the board as instructed in the manual, but for some reason, it is not working. I am getting the following message: it starts in img1 like b" " and then, at the end, results in an error like in img2. I am able to flash the device with the code, but for some reason, the connection is not established.

    Hi,

    Are you sure the device has been switched to "functional" mode after flashing the device with the code? Which binary are you using to flash onto the device, and from which package?

    Is it possible to separately open a terminal program (such as tera term or putty), set to the correct COM port and 1250000 baud rate, and see if there is any output after pressing the reset button on the EVM?

    If you have CCS installed, could you also try connecting the device to CCS and reading a register value from the memory browser? Please let me know the value at address 0x5A020038.
