Hello Officer,

I would like to obtain more information about the compatibility of DSP processes with HWA. That is why I am following the presentation titled "MMWAVE-SDK Deep Dive: Easy Evaluation and Development of mmWave Systems with the Software Development Kit."

I am currently using the AWR6843AOP, but I noticed that the presentation only mentions the AWR6843. Could you please clarify which processes are supported by HWA in the AWR6843AOP?

Specifically, I want to confirm whether Doppler and AoA estimations are calculated by the HWA. Are there any constraints that require the use of the DSP module for these calculations?

    Hi, there:

    AWR6843AOP also has DSP. so you can implement Doppler and AoA both in DSP for AOP board if that is what you preferred.  it will provide more flexibility for implementation.    In general, Doppler can be implemented in HWA, but AoA can not be implemented in HWA purely.
