Tool/software:

We are looking for a technology for a speed sensor for turbochargers (detecting the blades)
The electronics needs to withstand 150ºC
Single output push/pull stage
Important Low Speed requirement: Minimum output frequency: 300Hz or less
Maximum output frequency: 40kHz or greater

Do you have any technology that would be appropriate?

Is your “AFE inductive sensor” a type of Eddy Current Sensor? Is it Active or Passive Eddy Current?

Bram,

Does your end product require a part qualified for automotive applications?
Do you require a digital or analog output?
You mentioned detecting fan blades. Would monitoring the angle of the fan's shaft be okay?
