Hi,

I am interfacing LM95241's 1st channel with Virtex ultrascale+ FPGA and 2nd channel to ADC12DL2500 TDIODE pins.

Can you please share which parameters to check from sensor datasheet to ensure that the sensor can read the full-scale temperature changes that happens in the ADC diode?
Below is the design implementation. Can you please confirm if it's ok and no other terminations are required?

My colleague previously evaluated a Zynq UltraScale+ with TMP461. You can read about the results here. The Virtex would be expected to perform the same if it uses the same process technology. Unfortunately, we can't confirm compatibility without testing devices directly ourselves. The team responsible for ADC12DL2500 used an LM95233 on their EVM design. It should work just as well with any of our modern TMP4xx devices.
