LMP91000: LMP91000SDX/NOPB - Interfacing with Electrochemical electrodes, facing issues with potential setting

Part Number: LMP91000

Tool/software:

We are integrating LMP ic with a Microprocessor and trying to run different voltometric processes. With the level of R and D we have done, we can see the IC communicating with the processor, TIA is all fine. one challenge what we face currently is, The potential is not set to the electrode. we are using three pin screen printed electrode and trying to create a potentiostat device for analysing biomarkers. Once the solution/sample is added to the electrode, no potential is getting set.

Is there any design spect specifically to be considered in circuit development ?
