AWR1843BOOST: AWR1843BOOST + DCA100EVM + mmWave Studio (COM Port trouble)

Part Number: AWR1843BOOST

Tool/software:

I would like to use a combination of AWR1843BOOST + DCA100EVM + mmWave Studio

I connected the USB connector to the AWRBOOST, but on the device manager of my PC

USB Serial Port (COM5)
USB Serial Port (COM6)

XDS110 Class Application/User UART and XDS110 Class Auxiliary Data Port are not displayed.

I have tried installing the ftdi driver included in mmWaveStudio.
I also tried installing the mmWave SDK.
I also rebooted my PC.
However, there is no improvement.

When I start up mmWaveStudio.exe, it does not seem to be communicating with AWR1843BOOST

I am using a PC with an AMD CPU and windows 10

I need your advice.
