AWR2243BOOST: TMDS273EVM and awr2243boost flash and mmWace Demo visulaizer is not working

I am working to formast flash then flash the AWR2243BOOST but it no working.

this is the error with uniflash;

this is my setup as per user gudie for awr2243boost and https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/uniflash/docs/latest_qsguide.html. everything is correct but it is not working.

second, how can use mmwave demo visualizer https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWave_Demo_Visualizer/ver/4.4.0/ for the setup shown in image with TMDS273EVM .

i requested 2nd gen sdk but TI refused. could share the image files that i need to flash in order to see the demo?
