AWR2944: AWR2944 bist execution for STC memory failing with Boost mode

Hello TI team ,

It is observed that the bist execution for DSS C66 STCROM is failing when Boost mode is enabled. Is there any known co-relation with boost mode for bist exection of certian memory regions?

Please provide your inputs.

Hi,

Even with the BOOST mode the BIST is tested to be working properly. Please check the configurations at your end for the clock and BIST modules if everything is as per expectation.
