Yes, I have used the board in past time. I am giving power supply of 5V and 1 Amp to the DCA1000EVM board. For AWR1843AOPEVM power supply is through Laptop.

Based on your log it looks like there is something wrong with your DCA1000. You are getting overflow message which means the data is not being sent out over Ethernet fast enough, but your configuration should not cause this issue. So, it seems like there is some issue with the DCA1000 failing to send data over Ethernet.
I would recommend following the customer return process below based on where you purchased the board. Then, you can provide them a link to this thread as evidence. They should provide you with a replacement for free.
