Hi Adarsh,
Could you please share the snapshot of the visualizer where you are not able to select the COM port? Could you please also share snapshot of "Ports (COM & LPT)" of the device manager.
Thanks and Regards,
Sivaprasad
Please see below snaps, device manager after usb connected and error from visualizer
I was able to connect to COM4 day before yesterday, however its not detecting now.
Hi Adarsh,
COM ports should be detected irrespective of SOP modes. Could you please retry connecting the EVM to PC by turning off S5.1 and S5.2 switches. If it is not working could you please go back to previous switch configuration(Flashing mode) which you have tried and check whether the COM ports are visible?
Thanks and Regards,
Sivaprasad
Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion, unfortunately still it's not detected.
Also, I tried to ping by executing xdsdfu -e command from CCS ..\ccs\ccs_base\common\uscif\xds110. its showing 0 devices in usb.
Hi Adarsh,
Thanks for the feedbacks. Could you please try below listed actions
1.Try connecting to CCS through JTAG. It will help to confirm if XDS110 (TM4C1294NCPDT) damaged or not.
2.Try changing the USB cable
3.Try completely uninstalling and re-installing EMU pack
4.Try connecting to new PC with EMU pack installed
Did you get any chance to look at this e2e -DCA1000EVM: XDS110 Ports are not listed in the device manager - Sensors forum - Sensors - TI E2E support forums
Thanks,
Sivaprasad
EV board is up after changing the usb cable, cable the one came with package was broken.
