TMP102: TMP102AIDRLR

Tool/software:

I see that the TMP102AIDRLR comes with either NIPDAU or NIPDAUAG lead finish. are there any white papers on soldering NIPDAUAG with Sn63 solder? the visual appearance of the solder joints is causing concerns with our customer

    Hi Jose,

    The 2 finishes are very similar and most customers will not see a difference between them. NiPdAuAg is a roughened finish for improved adhesion. I am not aware of a white paper specifically for soldering on a NiPdAuAg finish with Sn63.
