TDC1000-C2000EVM: Error Opening TDC1000-C2000 GUI: "The VI is not executable. The full development version of LabVIEW is required to fix the error."

Tool/software:

Hi TI Family,

I am facing an issue while trying to open the TDC1000-C2000 GUI. When I launch the software, a pop-up error appears saying:

"The VI is not executable. The full development version of LabVIEW is required to fix the error."

I am not sure why this is happening, as I have installed the necessary software.
