Dear support team,
are there any radiation hard transistors you can recommend for usage with the TMP461-SP temperature sensor? Is there a space grade version of the reommended 2N3904 (NPN) available?
Two alternatives I have found so far are the JANSR2N2222AUB from Microchip and 2N2222AHR from ST. Any opinion on those two transistors?

When choosing a transistors for space I would recommend to follow the list shown in Table 2-1 in the Remote Temperature Sensor Transistor Selection Guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/sboa433 . I have also listed the transistors that we recommend for space below. These have been tested with our remote sensors.
