Dear support team,
are there any radiation hard transistors you can recommend for usage with the TMP461-SP temperature sensor? Is there a space grade version of the reommended 2N3904 (NPN) available?
Two alternatives I have found so far are the JANSR2N2222AUB from Microchip and 2N2222AHR from ST. Any opinion on those two transistors?
