LM96000: dsiplay issue

Hi Team,

we found on the LM96000 that Tach2 is sending signal, but the fan speed is displayed as 0, as shown below.

is there any register will affect the display of this part?

Hi Tommy,

Was this software previously working? Are you reading both the upper and lower bytes? Are you waiting long enough after power-on for spin up to complete?

Hi Ren:

1.The software previously worked.

2.I read register 0x28,0x29,0x2A,0x2B ,it's all show 0xFF. but the fan is work.

3.It's normal when power on, this issue occurred after 2 days of power on.

Can you show me logic analyzer or oscilloscope capture of the 0xFF readings?
