Hi PY,
Thanks for posting to the Sensors forum.
The TMAG6180-Q1 has documentation to aid ISO 26262 system design up to ASIL B. This documentation can be requested via the device product page.
The TMAG5170-Q1 and TMAG5173-Q1 have systematic capability up to ASIL D and hardware integrity up to ASIL B. Functional safety documentation can be requested via the device product page.
The TMAG5170D-Q1 is a fully redundant, electrically isolated dual die 3D hall effect sensor designed to meet ASIL D requirements when implemented with the appropriate system-level control according to the Functional Safety Manual. This information can be requested via the device product page.
Best regards,
Jesse
