TMAG5273: for definitions SENSer, SENSler and SENSms

Part Number: TMAG5273

Tool/software:

Hi all,

I would like to know the definitions of SENSER, SENSLER and SENSMS.

SENSER is the error of the output value when a full scale magnetic field is applied.

SENSLER is an indicator of the linearity of input and output by gradually increasing the magnetic field and reading the output value.

SENSMS is the error of sensor sensitivity between X-Y, Y-Z and Z-X (affects the accuracy of angle detection).

and I understand that. Is this correct?

Best Regards,

Ryusuke
