AWR2944: Transmision lines at RX/TX

On the AWR2944EVM, we have observed that transmission lines of a certain length connect the TX and RX outputs from the AWR2944 module to the corresponding antennas. To understand how to configure the antenna at the output of an AWR2944 chip, can we determine the impedance of the pins or find more information about those 8 transmission lines?

Hello,

We have an HFSS model for the package and BGA of the antenna ports. This can be used to carry out accurate simulations of the antenna ports. You need to also import the EVM board file into HFSS and then you can carry out simulations of the package + PCB.

The HFSS model is provided over mysecure through an NDA. To get access to this you need to reach out to your local field sales office.

Hello,

I am not sure, you would need to check with the CST support. The model is an .aedt file, you can check with the CST support if that type of model can be imported or not.
