I made a product that has a protection circuit that operates when overheated.
However, in order to verify, I have to force the voltage to increase on VOUT of TMP236.
Is it okay to force DC1~3V to Vout using dc power?

You cannot force voltage into the output pin of the TMP236, it is an output only.

The TMP236 will output 2.35V at 100C, so if you are just trying to test the overheat response of the other parts of the circuit, you can apply 2.35V in place of the TMP236. If you are trying to test how the TMP236 responds at 100C, you will have to heat to 100C.
