MMWCAS-DSP-EVM: Device boot not working after flash

Tool/software:

I am currently working with the MMWCAS-DSP-EVM and am working through the steps in the cascade user guide.  There comes a step where the user must download the TDA firmware image from https://www.ti.com/tool/MMWAVE-STUDIO  and then flash it to the device  However, when I flash the image to the dive and try to boot it,  I get the following error:

Has anyone seen this error before?

    The card is inserted properly.  Does the rest of the error message suggest any causes?

    Hi,

    Please try to use another SD Card. Sometime we have seen issues with the SD Card

    Hi,

    Then it is possible that the board is defective. 

    Is this a new board?
