AWR1843AOP: Wake Up Failure during Power On/Off Teset via CAN I/F

Part Number: AWR1843AOP

Tool/software:

Hi AWR1843AOP Champ !

Currently, while performing repeated tests of Wake Up and Sleep Mode via CAN interface on a custom board, the AWR1843AOP fails to wake up in a high probability, and the customer reported the issue.
They configured the CAN transceiver to output INH high when wake up and INH low when sleep mode, so that the whole system can be powered on/off through the BUCK converter.

Here's what we observed

- WAKE UP MODE (≒ 135mA consumption) → SLEEP MODE (≒ 0.08mA consumption) → WAKE UP MODE (≒ 135mA consumption) → SLEEP MODE (≒ 0.08mA consumption) → WAKE UP MODE Error occurs. Buck and PMIC outputs operate normally, but AOP fails to wake up (≒ 35mA consumption).
(At this time, the current consumption is measured as an ambiguous value of current consumption ≒ 35mA)

I would appreciate any advice on how to improve this issues.
