Good morning,

I'm using the IWR1843 Boost and require guidance on communicating with the IcePick JTAG module via OpenOCD. The IcePick version is IcePick_M.

As I understand, each core (R4F, C67x) has a separate JTAG Route Controller (JRC) index, and I need to know these, in order to add the cores to the JTAG chain. So I first question is, where can I find this information?

The use case is remotely controlling and loading images on the cores via JTAG, from a single board computer (eg. raspberry pi). For this reason, I cannot use CCS / TICloudAgent / scripting module - because they are released only for x86.

Joseph,

I don't think that IcePick will be a viable option for you since only the c674x (DSP) is connected to the IcePick (TAP 0). The application core is not accessable via the IcePick.

This is documented in the family Technical Reference Manual.
