Hi, we are using a Win11 laptop to operate this device. We have installed the following four drivers: CP210x_Windows Drivers (SICP2105), ti_ emupack_setup, 9.2.0.00002, win_64 (XDS110), uniflash_stl. 8.8.1.4983, and MCR_R2015aSP1_ win32 installer, but they are not working. When we connect the device to the laptop, there is no difference or prompt sound.

This is the device manager result in Win11, which shows that we did not have any additional COM when connecting the device.

This is mmWave studio result, it can be that the detected device are 0.

Hello,

Can you please check that the silicon labs driver is installed properly. You can search 'installed apps' in the windows search bar and you should be able to scroll and find silicon labs windows drivers.

Hi, thank you for your kindness. My mistake, I found that the problem is due to the fact that the data cable only has a charging part and cannot transmit data.
