TIの磁気センサICにおいて

磁気センサIC（panasonic DN6851 交番磁界 pullup内臓 SIP3pin)の置き換え検討をしております。

まずは10個ほど評価して入手したいと考えております。

使用可能なICがあれば紹介していただければと思っております。

入手性（価格、納期）が分かりますでしょうか？

Hi,

Thanks for posting your question to the Sensors forum and welcome to E2E.

We do not have a direct replacement for the DN6851 as we do not have any Hall-effect latches with a built-in pull up resistor.

The DRV5013 would be the closest alternative, specifically the DRV5013BCQLPG. The DRV5013BC Bop max and Brp min are ±18mT, whereas the DN6851 Bop max and Brp min are ±30mT. The DRV5013 requires an external pullup resistor on the open-drain OUT pin. There also appear to be some slight differences in package dimensions.
