Customer use TMAG5273A1 and found they cannot access I2C for different D/C units.
As feedback, the D/C 2340 (Rev. B) can work fine but using D/C 2415 (Rev A0), the I2C cannot work.
After swap test, the issue follow up with IC.
May I know if the default I2C address was changed?

Till now, we only have these two D/C sample for testing.
The D/C 2340 are always OK and DC/ 2415 are fail.
For the waveform, I will try to get and feedback.
We also found a PCN for the announcement of datasheet revision updates.
About the change of DEVICE_ID register reset, is it possible to case the issue for the customer?

Update the I2C communication waveform for the working system as below.
They performed swap test with the same board and same code but had different results based on different D/C IC.
The I2C clock frequency is only 100KHz( standard mode).
Is there any problem with the timing?

can you provide a scope capture of the start condition and first clock cycle and bit? Also can you clarify what you mean by the I2C cannot work? Also can clarify what you meant by D/C units?
