Tool/software:

In the d/s, there's a SOA curve with ambient temp. Is there similar one for case temperature or junction temp? thanks.

    Hi Brian,

    We do not have a plot showing this vs junction temperature or case temperature. I would recommended you to follow the thermal guidelines in this AppNote. Section 6 shows some plots of case and junction temperature as current increases.
