DRV5055-Q1: Can DRV5055-Q1 be installed with a side vertical axis like the 3D hall shown in the picture?

Hi Teams,

Can DRV5055-Q1 be installed with a side vertical axis like the 3D hall shown in the picture?

From the customer's perspective, it is just an ordinary single pole linear hall. They do not want to use magnets first. If magnets are used, they will also use a single pair of north and south poles. Referring to the installation method shown in the diagram, the following is the motor. A magnetic ring is added to the output shaft of the motor to rotate and induce the angle through the hall IC. Therefore, they preliminarily evaluate that the single pole hall cannot correctly determine the angle for this rotating magnetic field, rather than for situations close to far away. So at the beginning, they looked for LDC5071-Q1 hoping not to use magnets, as this inductive eddy current induction method is convenient for us to install and has too high detection accuracy. Can you please assist in evaluating or recommending again, or can this LDC5071-Q1 assist in the evaluation?
