Which "XXYYZZ" or "XYZXYZ" is correct sequence when we set CONV_AVG to 001b?

Atsushi-san,

When sampling with averaging on, the device will complete the programmed single conversion sequence before repeating.

In XYZ mode we get: XYZ-XYZ-....-XYZ
