We want to purchase a IWR6843AOPEVM to evaluate functionality and feasibility for EV wireless charging Live Object Detection feature.

But we notice that there're another 2 boards - DCA1000 and MMWAVEICBOOST.

We want to have a clear view if these 2 boards are necessary for our evaluation task.

Hello.

The ICBOOST is required for debugging as there is no XDS on the IWR6843 EVM. The DCA1000 is utilized for performing raw adc data capture. If you want to do evaluation based on the raw ADC data you would need this tool, but the OOB demo will also provided processed pointcloud and range profile data over UART.
