LM61: Package Differences

What's the differences between below 2 package? I cannot find any useful information in datasheet.

The LFT3 has bent leads and is shipped on tape. The NOPB has straight leads and is shipped loose, known as bulk packaging.

What's the bent leads and straight leads meanings? Internal lead of device? Thanks.
