Regarding the Self-Calibration function, is there a possibility that performing boot-time cal or run-time cal puts excessive load on the internal circuits of the MMIC and becomes a cause of failure?
I am asking this question because I think there may be control that applies more current or voltage than normal during the creation of correction values.
I would like to consider the frequency and timing of Self-Calibration as needed.
