In DS, for TMCS1101A2B, if the gain is 100mV/A. Then the current measurement range should be 3.3V/(100mV/A)=±16.5A. But our current range is ±14.5A, then what will the output behave if input current is 14.5A-16.5A ?

Hi Brain,
Our current range only goes to ±14.5A due to swing to rail limitations. When your input current is above this you will saturate the amplifier.
Figure 7-19 shows how the output current is limited by the supply voltage.

If you are needing to measure more than14.5A then you can choose a different gain option or operate at a 5V supply instead. Please refer to the table below.
