I have configured IWR6843 with the frame periodicity to 100ms. How much lower the frame periodicity I can keep?

I have put this configuration in https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWaveSensingEstimator/ver/2.4.0/ . As per the above configuration periodicity is 100ms and active chirp timing is 16.512ms. As per user guide active chirp time should be <=50% of frame period. So, with the above configuration if the chirp time is 16.512ms so my frame periodicity can be set upto 40ms. Is my understanding correct?
