When AWR2243 CSI2 DPHY clock lane is measured by scope,clock with LP and HS is expected,but now actually
a continues clock waveform measured,high speed clock sent even no data need to tranfer,
power is wasted,power and thermal issues need to be evaluated.
Please conform this correct or abnormal
