Dear TI experts,
We have a project with a vehicle manufacture, in which a requirement is to alter drivers when there are quickly approaching vehicles from the back. We may consider the requirement as the traditional Blind Spot Detection.
We are trying to find out which project in the ADAS page is closed to this requirement and appreciate your help:
1. The Blind Spot Detection seems the perfect one, but no source is available. Would you please share the source code with us (we signed NDA)?
2. The Short Range Radar also seems close to our requirement. Would you experts please explain more details about its application scenario? Or its cons and pros for our requirement?
3. We’ve been developing projects with AWL6432AoP and only have AOP based products available now. Does AWL6432AoP have enough antenna gains for handing such range of applications?
4. Do we need acceleration sensor for this case if the vehicle works in the field? For example, using an accelerometer to prevent false alarms of jerky movements.
