Looking for CTE for
TMP100MDBVREP Thanks! |
Hello Joe,
Can you explain exactly the data that you are looking for? Can you provide examples? Our datasheet provides characterization error data for our temperature sensors drifted across temperature. Happy to help provide any more data/information needed.

Hello Joe,
This e2e will answer your question: (+) TMP100: Coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) - Sensors forum - Sensors - TI E2E support forums
The CTE for this part is as follows, please note that these are estimates:
Temperature Range | αX ppm/°C | αY ppm/°C |
-40 to 120°C | 11.0 | 13.4 |
120 to 150°C | 26.7 | 24.8 |
Best Regards,
Meredith McKean
This is the total package CTE. Be aware that these values are only estimates and may vary depending on the application due to uneven thermal expansion, deformation of the package, etc...
Best Regards,
Meredith McKean
Hello Joe,
The x and y represent the dimensions of the package. For more details about CTEs, please read the following article https://www.ti.com/document-viewer/lit/html/SSZT465#:~:text=Coefficient%20of%20thermal%20expansion%20(CTE,per%20degree%20change%20of%20temperature.
